Michael Rainville
Michael Rainville is an American businessman and politician who is the member-elect of the Minneapolis City Council from the 3rd Ward.[1] Rainville is a life long resident of Minneapolis whose ward covers the main downtown area of the city: downtown, the historic Mill District, and Saint Anthony Village.[2] Rainville’s family has long been prominent in Minneapolis politics.
