N. Kotiswar Singh
Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh (born 1 March 1963) is an Indian Judge. Presently, Judge of Gauhati High Court.[1] He is former Judge of Manipur High Court. He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of Manipur High Court.
