Naima al-Ayyubi

Naima Ilyas al-Ayyubi was the first woman to become a lawyer in Egypt.[1]

Al-Ayyubi studied law at the Cairo University. She was the best law student in her first year in the university

Al-Ayyubi graduated with honours in 1933 becoming. After her graduation she suspended professional legal practice and went for a Belgium doctorate degree.[2]
