New Administrative Building (Moscow)

The New Administration Building (Russian: Новое административное здание (НАЗ)) is a government office building belonging to the Presidential Administration of Russia located on Ipatievsky Lane in the Kitay-gorod area of Moscow. The building currently houses several offices of the of the Presidential Administration including the Heraldic Council of the President of the Russian Federation. There is an elevated walkway that runs between the New Administrative Building and the back of Number 4, Staraya Square, which is the headquarters of the Presidential Administration.

The building was built between 1966 and 1971 and originally served as an office building of the Central Committee General Department within a complex of buildings once known as "party town" (партийный город).[1]
