Nils Oscar Brewery
Nils Oscar Brewery (The Nils Oscar Company) is a Swedish microbrewery and spirits company based in Nyköping, Sweden. It was founded in Stockholm 1996 as Kungsholmens Kvartersbryggeri i Kungsholmen, Stockholm but changed name to Tärnö Bryggeri in 2006. According to the company's website, the brewery takes its name from a person called Nils Oscar who was born in 1865 in a Swedish village called Brändön. The company has an estate at Tärnö Manor located 140 km south of Stockholm. Oat, wheat, barley and rye are cultivated, malted, and brewed into beer or distilled into spirits.
