Pabung Syam

Pabung Syam is a 2021 Manipuri documentary film directed by Haobam Paban Kumar.[1][2][3] It is produced by Films Division of India.[4][5] The film was selected in the non-feature section of the Indian Panorama at the 52nd International Film Festival of India 2021.[6][7][8][9]

Synopsis

The film documents the life and the filmmaking career of the father figure of Manipuri cinema Aribam Syam Sharma. He has been associated with Manipuri films since the first full length Manipuri feature film Matamgi Manipur. He has won several national and international awards.
