- Plaquing, a recent development among people comfortable with intimate sexual practices. Plaquing, as it has become known, is the practice of preparing a (small) plaque by the dominant partner in a relationship, usually bearing an inscription such as "property of <<Name>>". The plaque is then attached to the body of the subordinate partner usually by means of a piercing. The attachment is usually of a permanent nature and attached to one of the partner's intimate body areas for the satisfaction of the dominant partner.
