Preston Rabl

Preston Martin Charles Rabl (born January 1949) is a British investment banker, stockbroker and co-founder of WPP with Martin Sorrell.

Life

Rabl began his career as an investment banker, then stockbroker, in the City of London.[1] Rabl has been a friend and business partner of Martin Sorrell.[2][1] Together, they founder the advertising and public relations company WPP in 1971.[3][4] Rabl is a major investor in advertising, technology and investment companies.[5][6] Rabl has also been a partner of Charles and Maurice Saatchi.[7][8]

In 1983 Rabl married Sara Gillian Kirkpatrick.[9] Together, they had issue:

  1. Francesca Sara Rabl (b. 1984)
  2. Sophia Rose Rabl (b. 1986)
  3. Georgina Moira Rabl (b. 1988)
