Raúl Celis Montt
Raúl Eduardo Celis Montt (born 5 September 1962) is a Chilean lawyer who was elected as a member of the Chilean Constitutional Convention.[1][2]

Before being constituent, he was linked to the business world.[3] In 2010, he was appointed by the president Sebastián Piñera as intendant of the Valparaíso Region.[4]
