Regina Philips
Regina Philips ( born 6 March 1961) is a former German judoka. At the 1988 Olympic Games, Women's Judo was held as a demonstration competition. Regina Philips lost to the Chinese Liu Guizhu and finished third.[1][2]

Regina Philips was German champion in lightweight every year from 1981 to 1988, with the exception of 1986, and in 1990 and 1992 she was champion in light middleweight. She started for TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen, in 1992 she played for TSV Abensberg.
She competed at the 1982 European Judo Championships, finishing fifth, 1983 European Judo Championships, where she lost to Gerda Winklbauer, 1984 European Judo Championships, where she won a bronze medal, and 1987 European Judo Championships.[3]
She also won bronze at the 1987 World Judo Championships in Essen, after losing in the quarterfinals to the Catherine Arnaud.[4]
