Premise

A New England detective works to solve the murder of a real estate agent, and as a result of the case experience a reflection upon himself.

It was announced in December 2020 that Benicio del Toro had been cast to star in the film, with music video director Grant Singer making his feature film debut as director. Del Toro would also sign on to executive produce the film.[1] In August 2021, Justin Timberlake joined the film, with Netflix acquiring the film for distribution.[2] Additional castings including Alicia Silverstone, Michael Pitt, Ato Essandoh, Frances Fisher and Eric Bogosian were announced in the following months.[3][4][5]

Filming began in August 2021 in Atlanta.[6]
