Robert Mikulak

Robert Mikulak, the United States Permanent Representative to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons from 2010 until 2015, is a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.[1]

Mikulak graduated from Hamline University in 1964 before earning a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.[1]
