Rosalind Gibson
Rosalind Susan Gibson is a New Zealand nutrition academic. She is currently a full professor at the University of Otago.[1]

Academic career
After a 1965 MSc titled 'The inter-relationship of vitamins B6 and E.' at the University of California,[2] and a 1979 PhD from University of London titled 'Use of hair as a biopsy material for the assessment of trace metal status in Canadian low birthweight infants' , she moved to the University of Otago, rising to full professor.[1]
In 2002, Gibson was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand.[3]
Gibson was awarded the 2013 Kellogg International Prize in Nutrition.[4]
