Sam Thompson (TV personality)

Sam Robert De Courcy Thompson (born 2 August 1992)[1] is an English television personality. Since 2013, he has been a regular cast member on the E4 reality series Made in Chelsea.[2]

Early life

Thompson was born on 2 August 1992 in London, England. His mother Karen is a property developer.[3] His older sister Louise also co-stars on Made in Chelsea.[4] He attended Bradfield College.[5]

Career

In 2013, Thompson began appearing in the E4 reality series Made in Chelsea, for the sixth series. His sister Louise had been appearing since the first series. Thompson left the show after series 16 but returned in series 18.[6][7][8]

In 2017, Thompson appeared on the twentieth series of Celebrity Big Brother. He reached the final and finished in third place.[9] In 2018, he appeared on the fourth series of Celebs Go Dating, he later returned for the sixth series in 2019.[10]

In 2019, Thompson appeared on the fourth series of Celebrity Coach Trip with co-star James Dunmore.[11] They were the first pair voted off. He also appeared on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.[12]

In 2021, he appeared on The Celebrity Circle with Pete Wicks. They catfished as Rachel Riley and finished third.[13]

Personal life

Thompson has been dating Love Island contestant Zara McDermott since 2019, McDermott cheated however they got back together.[14]
