Sandipan Mondal

Sandipan Mondal (Bengali: সন্দীপন মণ্ডল)[1][2][3] (born; 24 March 1990) is an independent Indian film director,[4][5][6] producer, dancer & choreographer. Mondal directed Bengali films like S3 (Dis is it),[4] Devi [7] and others. He is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, choreographer.

Started dancing at a very tender age by the influence of his uncles Tapas Mondal (Dance artist & styling expert) & Manas Mondal (Bharatnatyam Exponent). With a vast dance knowledge and teaching skill Sandipan has worked as a dance artist in films like Maati, Hason Raja (2017 film) etc. under the guidance of Shri. Sukalyann Bhattacharya and his team Sukalyann D Entourage and has also performed in various dance events and festivals.

Sandipan is the director of Kolkata International Dance Festival[8] which is held in Kolkata every year. Dancers from around the world participate in the event.[9][7][5][10][4]
