Senreve

Senreve is a privately held direct-to-consumer company that produces and sells leather and vegan handbags and accessories. Senreve is headquartered in San Francisco, California.[1][2][3][4] Senreve specializes in high-end leather products and sells them to a global market through its website as well as brick and mortar locations in the US and Asia.[2][5]

History

Senreve was founded in the summer of 2015 by former tech executive and strategy consultant Coral Chung. Coral met co-founder Wendy Wen through a mutual friend who also attended the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.[6] The company was named, “Senreve,” which is derived from the French words for “sense” and “dream.”[7][4] Their products received positive reception from customers and outlets such as Fast Company magazine, which ranked Senreve as the Best Work-Life Bag of the year for 2021.[8]

In November 2019, Senreve raised $23M.[1][9][4] In 2019 and 2020, the company was placed on Lead’s Foremost 50 list of high-growth D2C brands that are reinventing & redefining the future of fashion, retail, & consumer. Senreve’s founder & CEO Coral Chung was also featured on Prestige’s 40 under 40 list.[10][11][12]

Product

Senreve’s first two products, the Maestra Bag, and the Doctor bag, were released in November 2016.[3][13][14][15] As the company grew, they expanded their product line. The Alunna bag launched in October 2020 with a waitlist of 2,000 people.[16] In 2021, Senreve launched a new vegan cactus leather product line.[17][18] Senreve has partnered with Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Apple.[19]
