Shadee Elmasry
Shadee Elmasry was born and raised in New Jersey. At age 18 he began learning Islamic sciences rigorously. He studied in Hadhramaut, Mecca, Medina, London, and Cairo under many scholars. [1] [2] He has a B.A. from Rutgers University in sociology, philosophy, and comparative religion. Shadee Elmasry got his masters in comparative religion from George Washington University, and Ph.D in comparative religion from the University of London. [3] [4] He currently works as the Director of Education at the New Brunswick Islamic Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.[5] He also founded Safina Society which is a educational institute headquartered at the New Brunswick Islamic Center. They have podcasts and pre-recorded classes on their website covering various topic for different demographics.[6]
