Simon Suoranta
Simon Suoranta (born 21 May 1992) is a Finnish professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Nottingham Panthers of the UK's Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL).[1]

Suoranta made his SM-Liiga debut playing with Oulun Kärpät during the 2011–12 SM-liiga season.[2]
He played 22 games for Ässät before suffering an injury that kept him out for the rest of the 2017–18 season. In May 2018, Suoranta joined HC TPS,[3] making his season debut on 14 November against Vaasan Sport.[4]
After an 18-month spell with Vaasan Sport, Suoranta agreed to his first contract outside Finland and signed with English side Nottingham Panthers in July 2021.[5]
