Sultan Barakat
Sultan Barakat is a researcher and writer. He is the Director of the Centre for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and an Honorary Professor of Politics at the University of York.[1][2][3]
Barakat got his BSc degree from the University of Jordan, PhD and MA degree from the University of York.[4]
