TVH is a global player in the field of spare parts and accessories for lift trucks, industrial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery. The company has its headquarters in Waregem (Belgium). Furthermore, there are two regional main offices: one in Kansas (US) serving the American market and one in Hermalle (Belgium) for the subsidiary Bepco. In total, TVH operates from 81 branches across all continents.

History
TVH started over a handshake deal between Paul Thermote and Paul Vanhalst in 1969. It started out from selling, renting and repairing equipment and grew into parts. In 2021, TVH finds partner in D'Ieteren Group, who holds 40% of shares, the other 60% remain in the hands of the Thermote family.
Activities
With a database of over 44 000 000 item numbers, of which 930 000 different references are in stock, TVH supplies to customers from approximately 180 countries. TVH’s electronics department in Belgium, the largest in Europe, is the best-equipped service centre for the repair of electronic parts for lift trucks, mobile elevating work platforms and industrial vehicles. Specifically for the US market, subsidiary Flight Systems Industrial Products supplies electronic components and services. TVH employs more than 4,500 people worldwide.
TVH has several own brands such as TotalSource (parts), CAM attachments (attachments), Bepco (parts for agricultural equipment), Energic Plus (battery-charging equipment) and GemOne (industrial telematics). TVH is scaling up its electronics department to anticipate the growing equipment electrification and collaborates with the following manufacturers: Curtis, Sevcon, PG Drives, SME and Schwarzmüller.
