Tiefo Temple
Tiefo Temple (simplified Chinese: 铁佛寺; traditional Chinese: 鐵佛寺), literally Iron Buddha Temple, also known as Dayun Temple (大云寺),[1] is a Buddhist temple located in the southwest corner of Linfen City, Shanxi Province.[2] It was built in the 6th year of Zhenguan of the Tang Dynasty (632),[3] destroyed by an earthquake in the 34th year of Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1695), and rebuilt in 1715.[4]

History
In 2006, Tiefo Temple was listed by the SCC as one of Chinese National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.[5]
