Breast torture

Breast torture (also called boob torture, nipple torture or tit torture) is a BDSM sexual activity[1][2] involving the application of pain or constriction to a submissive's breasts.

Techniques

Nipple torture is a popular form of breast torture. Nipple clamps (a type of sex toy) are often used. When they are attached to erect nipples they pinch them and restrict the blood flow. When they are removed, further pain may be caused by the return of normal blood flow.

Erotic electrostimulation of the breasts is also practiced although such activity around the chest area may carry risks of electrocution.

Painful activities such as breast bondage, wax play, spanking, squeezing, punching, or flogging can also be applied to breasts/nipples.

The recipient of such activities may receive direct physical pleasure via masochism, or emotional pleasure through erotic humiliation, or knowledge that the play is pleasing to a sadistic dominant.

Safety

Breast torture has fewer health risks than pussy torture or cock and ball torture but adequate precautions are still needed to prevent injury or blood loss.

In order to protect the breasts from damage, breast torture must be carried out within certain limits. For instance, a reduction in blood circulation can occur in bound breasts which may be problematic if the breasts are tied for a long period of time.
