Tony Ward (footballer)
Anthony Ward (born 4 April 1970 in Warrington) is an English former professional footballer who played in the Football League as a Midfielder. Tony started his career as a youth player Everton before signing on loan Doncaster Rovers in 1988 and made his professional football league debut. Tony made 4 appearances for Doncaster Rovers (including 1 FA Cup appearance) before signing for Wigan Athletic the following season.[1]
