Youth

As a youth player, Sandy played for the academy of Major League Soccer club New York Red Bulls from 2014 to 2015.[1] In 2016 he joined the U13/14 team of the New York Soccer Club and competed in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy.[2] After spending time with several other youth academies in the New York region,[3] he joined the academy of New York City FC, another MLS club, from 2018 to 2019.[4][5]

International career

In February 2020 Sandy was included in Dominica's roster for four upcoming 2020 CONCACAF U-20 Championship qualifying matches.[6] He was called up to the senior squad in March 2021 for Dominica's 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification matches.[7] He made his senior debut on 28 March 2021 in the nation's match against Panama.[8] The match ended in a 1—2 defeat.[9]
