Typhoon Unding
The name Unding has been used in the Philippines by PAGASA in the Western Pacific.
- Typhoon Rose (1965) (T6522, 27W, Unding)
- Typhoon Kim (1977) (T7718, 19W, Unding) – struck the Philippines, killing 102 people in Luzon.
After the 1977 season the name Unding was retired by PAGASA from its naming lists and subsequently replaced with Unsing, in 2004 it was reintroduced again by the agency For Typhoon Muifa.
- Typhoon Muifa (2004) (T0425, 29W, Unding) – struck the Philippines and Vietnam.
After Typhoon Muifa (Unding) devastated Southern Luzon and Visayas, it was then replaced with Ulysses, which was first used in the 2008, and retired after 2020.
- Typhoon Dolphin (2008) (T0822, 27W, Ulysses) - a Category 2 typhoon that formed from an extratropical storm east of Japan.
- Typhoon Vamco (2020) (T2022, 25W, Ulysses) - devastated Luzon as a Category 2-equivalent typhoon
