Valdemar Costa Neto (born 11 August 1949) is a Brazilian politician. He is a congressman for the Liberal Party (PL).[1][2]

In 2012, he charged with of passive corruption and money laundry. He was arrested in the same year, but in 2016 he received pardon by Supreme Federal Court (STF).[3][4]
