Vladislav Kulminski
Vladislav Kulminski (born October 24, 1972[1]) is a Moldovan politician, expert in the field of political analysis, strategic planning and conflict resolution. From August to November 2021, he held the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration of the Republic of Moldova in the Gavrilița Government.
