William Franklyn-Miller

William Franklyn-Miller (born March 25, 2004) is an English model, and actor who landed a recurring role as Giovanni de Medici on the series Medici and has also had roles on notable TV shows such as The CW's Arrow, the 7 Network's Neighbors and the web series Chicken Girls.[1].He has also worked as a model and has been featured in magazines and campaigns all around the world. William has also amassed a significant following on platforms such as Instagram. Initially, he rose to fame as a model in the fashion industry, and then he established himself as a renowned actor.[2]

Early life

According to William, he began modeling at the young age of 4 and by the time he was 7 years old he was a campaign regular for Hackett, Harrods and Marks and Spencer.[3] He moved from London, England to Melbourne, Australia with his family in January 2013, where He continued to develop a name for himself. He worked for Country Road, Pavement Brands, Sudo, and Ratbag and then moved once more from Melbourne to Dublin, Ireland in 2017. After that, he once again moved back to London and enrolled himself at a local private university, where he is currently pursuing his higher education.[4]

Career

Will has featured in LA Petite Magazine, L’Official Russia, Italian Vogue and Vogue Russia, and Hooligans Magazine. Halcyon Kids, ran a competition for readers to be in a photoshoot with him in LA in 2017, and he has appeared in Bambini, Jr Model, Papillon and most recently Visual Tales Magazines.[5][6]

Will has starred in a number of music videos including the ARIA chart number 1, “Take Me Over” by Peking Duk. His TV career began with the Australian ABC TV series “Jack Irish”, and continued with the global Channel 9 hit “Neighbours”. In 2017 he appeared as Deathstroke’s son in Warner Bros, CW Network series “Arrow” and is currently filming Medici:The Magnificent for Netflix in Rome. His short films include ‘Fish out of Water’ and ‘The Resurgence’.[7][8]
