Woodlawn Sanitarium

Woodlawn Sanitarium [1][2] (referred to as Woodlawn Sanitarium, Inc. by the NYC Municipal Civil Service Commission)[3] was an early 20th century hospital located in the Woodlawn[4][5] section of The Bronx.

By 1940 they were advertising having "modern equipment, including X-Ray, Fluoroscope."[6] This was four years after the apparent suicide of the hospital's president, Dr. Arthur F. Cody.[1][7]
