Xuande
Xuande was a Chinese era name (simplified Chinese: 年号; traditional Chinese: 年號; pinyin: niánhào; lit. 'year name') after Hongxi and before Zhengtong.[1][2] This period spanned the years from 8 February 1426 to 17 January 1436. The reigning emperors were the Xuande Emperor (宣德帝) and Emperor Yingzong of Ming (明英宗).[lower-alpha 1]
