2022 Canadian Figure Skating Championships

The 2022 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships are scheduled be held on January , 2021 in Ottawa, Ontario. Medals were to be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance on the senior, junior and novice levels. The results are part of the Canadian selection criteria for the 2022 World Championships, the 2022 Four Continents Championships, the 2022 World Junior Championships and the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Ottawa was announced as the host in February 2021.[1] The city has hosted the event eleven times previously. Competitors qualified at the Skate Canada Challenge in January.[2]

A total of 18 competitors in Singles, 15 in Ice Dance and 12 in Pairs in each level qualified to Nationals.[3]

Olympic Games

The 2022 winter Olympics will be held from February 4-20 in Beijing, China. Teams will be selected using the International Teams Selection Criteria.[4][5]

The 2022 World Championships will be held from March 21-27 in Montpellier, France. Teams were selected using the International Teams Selection Crtieria.[4][6]

Four Continents Championships

The 2022 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships will be held from January 18-23 in Tallinn, Estonia. Teams were selected using the International Teams Selection Crtieria.[4][6]
