History

The company was launched by way of an initial public offering in 2007.[3] It was announced that on 2 November 2016 Philip Austin MBE, the Senior Independent Director of the Board of Directors, formally resigned as a Director of the Company, with effect from 31 December 2016.[4]

Major shareholder

About 30.2% of the company is owned by 3i Group plc.[1]
