ADPF 153
ADPF 153 (April 29, 2010) is a landmark Brazilian Supreme Court case. The rapporteur Eros Grau voted against the argue of unconstitutionality of the Brazilian Amnesty Law (6683/1979), signed by President João Figueiredo, the last military President of the military dictatorship in Brazil.[1]
