Canadian representation in Austria

The Canadian ambassador to Switzerland was accredited to Austria in 1952.[1] An embassy was established in Vienna in 1956.[2]

The Austrian ambassador to the United States was accredited to Canada in 1952.[3] An embassy was established in Ottawa in 1958.[4]

Trade

Austria took a strong position in opposition of a Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between the European Union and Canada.[5]
