The group's first single, "If You Feel My Love" quickly became very popular in Romania. Their second great hit was "Dear Mama". The clip was internationally released in the beginning of March, as a present for the women and mothers all around the world. The first album of the group was released in December 2008.[2] The album included a bonus track "If You Feel My Love (Chaow MIX)", a remixed version of the lead single which features a sample of a classic Beijing opera about Chen Shimei and Qin Xianglian. They appeared in the semi-finals of the 2008 Golden Stag Festival[3] and were among the finalists for the 2009 Romanian Eurovision Song Contest, with the song Dear Mama[4] finishing in a tie for second place.[5]

They planned to compete in the national selection of Romania for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "Save The World" but later withdrew.[6]

In 2020, their track "If You Feel My Love (Chaow MIX)" became a widespread meme, which was often depicted alongside a clip from Tom & Jerry set to the song. In the clip, Tom Cat, as a caricature of a Chinese person, spins on a record player while another vinyl record rests on his head.[7] The track was nicknamed "Chin Cheng Hanji" due to the English pronunciation of the Chinese lyrics. In 2021 the track was used in another meme parodying the proposed Chinese Social Credit System in which one is asked questions about China.[8] If they are answered in a way that opposes the official narrative provided by the Chinese government (e.g. acknowledging the Tiananmen Square Massacre) one is berated and/or punished. Similarly, if one answers "correctly" they are rewarded with more Social Credit Points.[9]
