Brandt Smith
Curtis Brandt Smith Jr. (born April 18, 1959)[1] is an Arkansas politician and academic. He serves in the Arkansas House of Representatives.[2]

Smith received a B.A. from the National Louis University in 1990, followed by an M.A. in Religious Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997, and a Ph.D. in Management Leadership from Capella University in 2011.[1]
