Build Divide

Build Divide (ビルディバイド, Birudibaido) is an Japanese mixed-media project created by Aniplex, Yūhodō, Liden Films, Homura Kawamoto, and Hikaru Muno. It will consist of a collectible card game which debuted in October 2021, and an anime television series by Liden Films premiered in the same month.

The game's two starting decks and first booster pack was released on October 8, 2021.[2]

Anime

The anime television series, titled Build Divide -#00000 (Code Black)-, is produced by Liden Films and directed by Yuki Komada, with Yoriko Tomita writing the series' scripts, Shinpei Tomooka designing the characters, and Keiji Inai and Kenta Higashiohji composing the series' music.[3] The first cour premiered on October 10, 2021, and the second cour will premiere in April 2022.[4] Egoist performed the opening theme "BANG!!!", while Memai Siren performed the ending theme "Fukagyakuteki na Inochi no Shōzō".[5] Crunchyroll and Funimation licensed the series outside of Asia.[6][7] Medialink licensed the series in Southeast Asia and will stream it on iQIYI and Bilibili.[8]
