Chennai Super Kings in 2022
The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is the franchise cricket team based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, which has been playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) since the first edition of the tournament in 2008. They will be the ten teams to compete in the 2022 Indian Premier League. The Super Kings have previously lifted the IPL title four times (in 2010, 2011 and 2018, 2021).[1][2] This will make it the second season to have ten teams, after the 2011 tournament.[3] They were defending champions having won ipl 2021
