Cole Kelley (born October 27, 1997) is an American football quarterback who currently plays for Southeastern Louisiana University. Kelley won the Walter Payton Award for the 2020–21 FCS season, an award given to the top offensive player in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision.[1]
