Doha College
Doha College is a coeducational British international independent school located in Doha, Qatar. Doha College (or DC) was established in 1980 and was opened to meet the demands of a British-style education in the country. It has a student body of over 2,100 people from over 75 nationalities.

Doha College is an academically selective school, both for admissions and progress between key stages. The school is sponsored by the British Embassy and is a non-profit organisation.
History
The school opened in 1980 to meet the demand for a British curriculum in the country and is one of the oldest schools teaching the British curriculum in the region.
Curriculum
The School follows a British curriculum. Students from Early Years Foundation Stage to Year 9 follow the national curriculum of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
In Years 10 to 11, the students take part in (I)GCSE. In Years 12 to 13, students undertake AS and A levels to complete their school education before advancing into further education through universities across the world.
Admission
To gain admission in the school, students sit an entrance test. An assessment fee of QR200 is payable regardless of whether or not admission is gained. There is a seat booking fee of QR2,000 ($550), deductible from the tuition fees, a non-refundable registration fee of QR3,650 ($1,000) and a stationery deposit followed by a yearly capital fee of QR5,000 ($1,369.86 - Years 7 to 13) or QR8,000 (years FS1 to Year 6). Campus
The schools intake is from normal admissions as well as from Doha English Speaking School.
In September 2020, Doha College moved from its two campuses in Al Waab and Wet Bay into a purpose-built campus. The new campus is located in Al Wajba and consists of 15 buildings that host classrooms, laboratories, auditoria, two indoor swimming pools - one at competition standard - and multiple other sporting facilities, sound-proof music rooms, art studios etc.
Competitions
The schools hosts competitions with others schools in the country and in the region. Students have participated in international competitions such as the British Junior Games/BSME.
In 2011, it founded the annual Doha College 5 km and 10 km races. In 2014, it founded the annual Medical Conference and in 2017 it founded the Qatar School Choir of the Year.

- Drama trips to the UK.
- Geography trips to malls in Qatar, the desert, to the UK and to Iceland as well.
- Art and Photography trips to New York, Washington DC and Japan.
- ICT/CS trips to New York, Japan and other places.
