Malõgina made her debut on the professional tour in 2016.[2] She has a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 543, achieved on 8 November 2021, while her career-high WTA singles ranking is 467 (8 November 2021).[3] She has won five ITF doubles titles and three in singles.[4]
Malõgina made her Fed Cup debut for Estonia in 2018, and has a win/loss record of 2–9.[5]
