FK Skopje (Macedonian: ФК Скопје) is a football club from Skopje, the capital of the North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian First League.

History

The club was created in 1960, by uniting FK Metalec and FK Industrijalec. Created as FK MIK (Metalska Industrija Kale) later they changed the name to FK Skopje. They won the Macedonian Republic League, regional Yugoslav 4th tier, in 1970. As FK MIK, the club competed for two seasons in the Yugoslav Second League East where they played with teams from federal Republics of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. Since creation of the Macedonian First League, they have played there for 3 seasons: 1997/98, 1998/99 and 2010/11.
