Gareth Thomas (rugby union, born 1993)
Gareth Thomas (born 2 August 1993) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Ospreys regional team as a prop. He was also a Wales under-20 international,[1] and made his Wales full team debut in 2021.[2]

Thomas made his debut for the Ospreys regional team in 2014 having previously played for Carmarthen Quins,[3] Llanelli RFC and Newcastle Emlyn RFC. He was also connected to the Scarlets region before joining the Ospreys. He was selected in the squad for Wales v. Fiji during the Autumn international's 2021.[4]
