GoTo (company)
PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia,[2] trading as GoTo, is an Indonesian holding company. The company formed in 2021 in a merger between Gojek and Tokopedia. It is the most valuable startup in Indonesia, contributes to about 2% of the country's GDP.[3][4]

Gojek is founded in 2010 as a call center to arrange courier deliveries, while Tokopedia founded in 2009 as an e-commerce platform.[5][6] In 2015, the two companies began partnership, using Gojek drivers to deliver Tokopedia's products. GoTo founded in May 2021 and has 100 million monthly active users, more than 11 million merchants, and over 2 million drivers on its ecosystem.[4] The company plans to begin its initial public offering in 2022.[7]
