The complex was built on a 2-acre field which was previously home to a herd of goats,[1] nicknamed the "Belmont Goats".[2][3][4]

Killian Pacific's development project includes a grocery store (Market of Choice),[5] a hardware store,[6] and an apartment complex.[7][8]
