Köl-Suu
Köl-Suu (Kyrgyz: Көлсуу) is an alpine lake in At-Bashi District of Naryn Province of southeastern Kyrgyzstan. The lake is officially called Kol Tetiri, but is more known as Kel Suu among locals and especially tourists. It is located at 3500 m elevation in the Tian Shan mountains.[1] It is fed and drained by the Kurumduk River, a left tributary of the Kök-Kyya River, which is a right tributary of the Toshkan River (Kakshal).

The river draining the lake starts from underground location and the water gushes out between the soil and rocks below the lake. The lake may also sometimes get totally empty as happened in 2019 making it similar to the Merzbacher lake that also resides in Kyrgyzstan.[2]
