Kingswell, New Zealand
Kingswell is a suburb in the New Zealand city of Invercargill.
The suburb has had a high rate of deprivation since the closure of the Ocean Beach freezing works in 1991.[1]
A man in his 70s died of COVID-19 in his home in Kingswell in April 2020.[2] He was linked to a cluster that began at a wedding in Bluff.[3] He was the first person in the Southland region to die from COVID-19.[4]
