Kot Chutta
Kot Chutta (Urdu: كوٹ چهُٹّہ), is a tehsil administrative subdivision of Dera Ghazi Khan District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. It is a part of Dera Ghazi Khan District. Kot Chutta is situated off the Indus Highway. It was founded in 17th century same time when Ghazi Khan Mirani invaded D G Khan. This city was founded by Chutta Khan Gurmani who was a Sardar of Gurmani Baloch tribe.The area is named after that Sardar Chutta Khan Gurmani.Later on the area remained under the control of Gurmani's and was taken into government rule after the partition of British India.
