Lynden Football (2021 season)

Lynden High school's Football team has been the best 2A football team in Washington state over the pass 25 years. There football team consists of a Varsity team, JV team and C-team. The varsity team led by coach Blake Vandalen and assistant coaches went 10-1 and only lost to a 3A school. The teams starting quarterback was Junior Kaedan Hermanutz but they also played with a variety of quarterbacks including senior tight end, Cade Slayton who scored 3 rushing touchdowns in the 2021 2A state championship against favorited Tumwater. The JV team went 8-0 with help from some of the varsity players and beat almost every team by 30 points. Sophomore Charlie Ayres led the team as quarterback and an amazing running back sophomore Luke Human. Coached by Zach Vis, and assistant coaches. The C-Team who was a disappointment in 2021 went 3-5 they would've gone 4-4 if there was not a problem with the clock during the first game. The C-team although lost a lot was led by star quarterback Brant Heppner and all-round position man Joshua Grace. They were plagued with problems off the field, the only Lynden team that had off the field problems. The entirely of Lynden football is based on the idea that everything that happens is good. Leave No doubt.
