Mang Tomas
Mang Tomas (Filipino for "Mr. Tomas") is a condiment brand established by NutriAsia. Its core product is a lechon sauce made without ground liver. Liver was still a listed ingredient in the internationally available Mang Tomás sauce until 2017, but has since been removed from the label.[2] The product is sold as "Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa" in the Philippines and as "Mang Tomas All-Purpose Sauce" in export markets. The product is named after Tomás "Mang Tomás" delos Reyes, a famous lechonero (maker of lechón) from La Loma, Quezon City, Philippines.[3][4]
